DX Cluster

Win-Test supports connection to the DX cluster either in the more modern approach of connecting via the Internet (and subsequently telnet) or by using a TNC (and subsequently packet radio/AX.25).
Win-Test treats both methods quite differently and thus instructions have been separated into two:

• Connecting via telnet
• Connecting via packet radio/TNC
