DX Cluster

Win-Test supports connection to the DX cluster in both the more modern approach of connecting via the Internet (and subsequently telnet) but also by using a TNC (and subsequently packet radio/AX.25). Win-Test treats both methods quite differently and thus instructions have been separated into two:
